FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in South Point, Ohio. Will travel to any location within 45 minutes of there. Special location arrangements at a further distance can be arranged for additional cost.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 2 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your event). You can download all the photos from the gallery.
How long will my digital album be available?
Digital albums will be available for download for 30 days after the link is sent. Album may be made available for an extra 30 day in certain circumstances.
Can I print my images anywhere?
The digital download purchases may be printed at any print location you would like. However, I can only guarantee a professional quality image when the print is completed at one of professional print labs associated with my online store.
Can I use multiple discount codes during checkout for the online store?
No. Unfortunately at this time, Pixieset does not allow for multiple discount codes to be used during checkout. Only one discount code can be used per a transaction.
